CBMS was founded in 1990 as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Credit Bureau of Muscatine, Inc. Our firm was established to identify, create and offer products and services that would meet the growing needs of the financial institutions served by C.B.M. This approach has allowed CBMS to expand, and serve over 300 local, regional and national clients. With aggressive plans now in motion, CBMS is poised to expand its presence in select markets across the country.
CBMS offers a wide array of Products & Services for banks, credit unions, and other institutional lenders to help achieve compliance and cost savings. Products are offered through an innovative and highly secure online web portal platform called Loan Support Pro (LSP).
LSP provides real-time access for Title Search Reports, Automated Valuation Model Reports (AVM’s), Property Condition Reports, Desktop Appraisals, Flood Determinations, Appraisal Management Services, and much more.
